ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS/ OR SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED FOR SECURITY REASONS. 


1. How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your order, but most orders arrive sooner. If the merchandise is not in stock, delays are to be expected due to such a high volume of orders.


2. What mailing service is used to send the merchandise?

All orders are sent through USPS 2-3 day flat rate Priority Mail. International orders are sent through USPS first class shipping est. 2-6 weeks depending on destination country. 


**International custom fees may apply (depending on your country's shipping policy) and are the responsibility of the buyer**


3. How do the sizes run?

Everything is made true to size. 


4. When will I receive confirmation/ tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled you will receive a order update from PayPal with the tracking information. PLEASE ALLOW 24 hours for the information to be updated on the USPS system, once your order has shipped we have NO CONTROL of any delays by the postal office. In case of any delays in the shipping due to cause of the USPS or failure to deliver on the estimated date (posted by USPS) please contact your local post office and provide the tracking number.


5. Can I return an item I purchased?

No returns ONLY exchanges, please ask any questions BEFORE you make your purchase. Exchanges must be made within 24 hours and must be return unused, in the same condition it was received. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


6. To what address do I send the item for an exchange?

Please send an email with the request to exchange an item, we will promptly reply with the instructions to initiate your exchange.
